To be eligible for a 3 bedroom house you must have a household income from £73,275.

To purchase a home at Wells Mews you must live or work in the following London boroughs: Enfield, Westminster, Haringey, Barnet, Islington or Camden.

Please note: You cannot buy a Shared Ownership home if you already own a home. If you are an existing homeowner we will not be able to allocate you a home unless you have your existing home firmly under offer and are deemed to be in need of housing by your local council.
